The Walter Pesman Trail
 This sub-alpine area contains forest of ancient
bristlecone pines that have found ways to survive for hundreds of years
in the extreme climatic and environmental conditions. Covering 612 vertical
feet, this moderately difficult 1.5 mile hike take about 45 minutes one
way. Sturdy footwear is recommended as the trail covers steep, uneven terrain. |
