Fishing is popular at Mount Evans:
- Summit Lake - Stocked in previous years, but now to believed to be
void of trout due to short ice free season and a lack of oxygen and
food. No holdover trout are believed to be in the lake. I've seen people
fishing the lake but none has reported catching any trout.
- Lincoln Lake - Believed to contain trout but due to the difficult
access, I have no direct reports.
- Abyss Lake — Definitely worth fishing here.
- Echo Lake — Excellent fishing and stocked every year by the Denver
Parks and Recreations.
- Beartrack Lakes — Unknown.
- Roosevelt Lakes — Unknown.
