Designated Parking

Both of these images (from 2007), one at the Dos Chappell Nature Center and the top, show there are designated parking at both areas. In the first the red Jeep is mine and the 2nd is the Interpretive Ranger's vehicle. In the 2nd image, at the Summit, the vehicle is a Ford Escape Experiment Vehicle. So it can not be the lack of designated parking that is the basis of the law suit.
