2007 — More than just a kiosk, the Dos Chappell Nature Center is an excellent educational Center about the Alpine Tundra and Mount Evans. An interpretative Ranger is typically on duty from about 9 am to 6 pm and give tours of the Bristlecone Pine forest as well as other program on the mountain. Time for tours and presentations for 2008 have not been set as of May 29, 2008.

Interpretative Signs in picture two are at Summit Lake. Interpretative Signs can also be found at Mount Goliath (Dos Chappell Nature Center), upper Mount Goliath Trail head and the Summit.

So it can not be the lack of Kiosk (Nature Center) or Interpretative Signs on the Mountain that is the basis of the law suit.
