May, 29, 2008 — So far in 2008, I've been on Mount Evans 2 times and 2 times I've seen a pistol backing Forest Service Law Enforcement Ranger. Watch your speed, keep your pets on a leash and DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS. Speed limits on Mount Evans are as low as 20 mph in some areas and I do recommend lower speeds on some of the tight blind curves...for your own safety. So it can not be the lack of Enforcement Rangers or Ranger on the Mountain that is the basis of the law suit.
